Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel, regardless of whether delivery is made to a locker, a DPD pickup point, or an address specified by the customer.

We do not offer the option to inspect or test products before payment.
If the selected size or model is not suitable, you may return the product at your own expense via DPD within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must not have been used and must be returned in their original, undamaged, resalable condition.
