Submitting a withdrawal request

Use this form to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving your order. Through this form, you can request withdrawal for one or more items, as well as for the entire order. After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team. Please note that submitting this form does not replace returning the products. After submitting the request, you must return the items in accordance with our return policy.
