Complaints

The commercial warranty is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase of the goods and is only valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Such are considered: cracking of the leather (and not surface damage to the leather), split sole, torn seams on the upper of the shoe, damaged zippers. In case of delamination and removable defect, the footwear articles are repaired within 30 days. Regardless of the commercial warranty, complaints about goods are submitted in accordance with the procedure of Art. 31-37 of the Consumer Protection Act, without this being associated with costs for the consumer. The warranty is provided by "Jordans" Ltd. Plovdiv, "Knyaz Bogotidi" Str. 1.
